A strong and dynamic practice using a sequence of Sun Salutations, standing postures followed by seated postures and vinyasa but utilising the energy management tools of Tantric Hatha. This practice will leave you vibrant and inspired as well as stable and focused. 

Static postures are held for around 30 secs each,  and combined with a  large number of vinyasa (linking postures) this practice creates strength and stamina physically, and focus mentally. Sequencing the postures to take into effect the energetic outcome of the individual postures, brings balance to the mind, creating stable, vital energy. The result is vibrancy and the right energy to thrive in life!
