Body Healing
''If you make time for silence, the sacred will unfold' - Yogarupa Rod Stryker
A Yin Yoga practice followed by Yoga Nidra. Long holds and floor based postures held for between 2 - 5 minutes or more creating the perfect opportunity to observe the mind and create stillness.

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, is a meditation practice done lying on your back. Following the instuctions of the teacher you guide yourself to that space between wakefulness and sleep. The result is deep rest and relaxation. A 20 minute practice is said to be the equivalent of 2 hours sleep.
When both these practices are combined, the result is nurturing and nourishing for body, mind and spirit. Rest in stillness.....
