Explore Expand Grow
7 Days / 6 Nights of discovery and expansion in Tetebatu, Central Lombok
March 30 - April 5 2020
Our comfort zones are just that, comfortable. But to continue to grow and expand as individuals, we require a broader horizon, a challenge.....when was the last time you did something out of the ordinary? Went somewhere that was completely unfamiliar? When was the last time you connected with your inner child, seeing the world through new eyes and discovering more about yourself and just what you are capable of?
Spending 6 days in a little visited area of Central Lombok, far from your normal life, and having the time to explore and make new and exciting discoveries about life....Twice daily yoga, meditation, inspiring workshops and mindful talks, and plenty of time for adventure and reflection will leave you feeling more inspired, courageous and ready to live your best life. This time is for YOU.....
You're Not Alone
We've all been there. I know I certainly have. Just going through the motions of life, living on the hamster wheel of existence, and wondering if this is all there is....
Travel has long been known to be a wonderful antidote to the endless cycle of drudgery our lives can often become. And there is nothing more life affirming that exploring an area that is off the beaten track. Discovering a new culture, and experiencing the food and lifestyle of the people who live there... and learning more about ourselves in the process. Spending time exploring regions such as Tetebatu has left a deep and significant impression upon me. Immersing myself in the local culture has taught me so much about myself, my capabilities and about how I truly want to live my life. Coupled with a daily yoga practice I have been able to heal myself and live my life with renewed passion and purpose. And it is this I want to share with you....
Where the Journey Begins
Tetebatu is a small, traditional village nestled in the foothills of Mount Rinjani in Central Lombok, only a short half hour flight from Bali. Surrounded by rice fields, spice, coffee and cocoa plantations, waterfalls and unsurpassed natural beauty, Tetebatu evokes an idea of Ubud, Bali in days gone by. Nearby are small villages steeped in the Sasak culture of Lombok specialising in a variety of handicrafts including weaving, pottery and blacksmithing. The people are warm and friendly, unused to foreigners and keen to share their lives. This is the real Lombok, the real Indonesia, miles away from what most tourists experience. An adventure awaits you...

"Yoga is my path. Through this ancient tradition I journey into the centre of self. And I now help to guide others to their centre through its tools. For this is my Dharma - to teach and inspire others to live their lives to its fullest potential. Hari Om Tat Sat."
